Trustees and Oversite

The WHW trustees are responsible for preparing an annual budget and reviewing financial statements. They ensure that all bills, insurance premiums and taxes are paid on-time. They administer the annual meeting, including the supervision of elections. The trustees meet regularly to review financial statements, address any owner concerns and observe contracted services. Periodically, the trustees will monitor the subdivision to ensure compliance with the indentures. This includes monitoring and oversight of contractors, including landscaping companies, tree companies and roofing contractors.
